At Lofree, we want you to experience the ultimate typing comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your Lofree Flow 2, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the Lofree Flow 2 keyboard, including all original cables, keycap pullers, and documentation, back into its original retail box.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the keyboard for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
